History

Established in 1994. Following a long career in commercial construction management, I wanted to find a better way to help families obtain home loan financing. My own previous experiences from the six homes I had owned, was both frightening and unpleasant. Because my experiences had meant that the loan officer or sales person that I had contracted with, soon disappeared and left me to deal with assistants and loan processors, I could see an obvious disconnect. Therefore, my clients work with me and only me from start to finish.
