When you contact
EquityLink Mortgage, either by telephone, email,
or completing the fields under Free
Consultation, we will review your needs and begin the qualification
process.
STEP 1
- Once you have decided which loan product best fits your needs,
we will complete your loan application over the phone. This usually
takes about ten minutes. Then we will submit your application for
automated underwriting. Within 24 hours we will give you the underwriting
feedback and requirements. Then your loan will proceed as follows:
STEP 2 -
Immediately after we give you the underwriting feedback, we will
simultaneously:
- Mail the
application forms to you with a postage paid return envelope.
This package will include a list of any supporting documentation
that the underwriter requires.
- Title commitment
is ordered.
- The subject
property appraisal is ordered.
- Survey is
ordered (if required ).
- Lock or float
your interest rate as you require.
STEP 3
- When we receive your application forms back at our office, with
the required supporting documentation, we will update the loan file
and notify you of the status.
STEP 4 - Schedule a closing at your convenience. The loan
documents and real estate contracts are signed. We attend every
closing in Metro Denver to insure that the process continues smoothly
and accurately. Out-of-town closings are reviewed by our quality
control supervisor to verify that all rates, fees, and terms are
accurate.
